Cultural Competence is Required for All Judges
Whether you plan to judge individual events, debate events, or both, you must complete the Cultural Competence lesson and quiz to become FRED Certified.
Complete the Quizzes
Each lesson ends with a 10 question quiz. You must score an 80% or better on the quiz to receive FRED Certification.
Begin Judging Rounds as a FRED Certified Critic
Your quiz completion is automatically recorded and visible to the PSCFA Executive Secretary. Once complete you are approved to begin judging! Remember certification is required annually.
